If you know your WebManager client ID and username but can’t log in, then you may have forgotten your password.
Thankfully, there are two ways to reset your WebManager password.
Send a Password Reset Link
On the WebManager login page, click Forgot your login information. Then provide your Client ID and username.
This will send a password reset email to the email associated with your user login. Log in to that email and follow the password reset link to change your password.
If you never entered an email in the user details for this login, you will not be able to reset your password via email. Follow the alternative reset method below.
Reset Your Password with a Different User
A user with Administrator or Manager privileges can reset another user’s password.
When that user is logged in, have them navigate to Settings, Account, then Users.
Select the user that needs a password reset. Then in the top-right, type in a new password, confirm that password, and click Save Changes.
Instead, this user could include an email address under the user details section, so a password reset can be performed via email.
Once the password is reset, log in.
