FAQ: Records Don’t Appear Upon Launch

By default upon opening DeskManager, you may not see your data appear at first.

  • This is very useful to clients with more troublesome networks, as loading all your data can take time across the network.
  • DeskManager will display this information to you if this is the case.
  • To load your data, simply click Reload.


  • Each tab has its own settings, and can be customized to load upon launch or not.
    • For example, you can have your Inventory tab load when you launch the program while your Deal/Trade tab does not load.
  • To adjust the Listview Auto-Start Settings click Options in the tab you’d like to change, then click Listview Auto-Start is [On/Off].


  • Your settings will take effect the next time you launch your program.
